How It Works

From audit to agent in five steps

We don't hand you a login and wish you luck. Every deployment follows a proven process designed to minimize risk and maximize impact — with agents that earn trust over time.

The Process

Five phases, zero guesswork

1

Assess

Start with a self-assessment (10 minutes, no commitment). Then we do a hands-on operations audit: mapping where your team's time goes, identifying the tasks with the highest automation potential, and understanding your tools and workflows.

Duration: 1-3 days  |  Your effort: ~2 hours total

2

Design

We build a deployment plan: which agents to deploy, what they'll handle, how they connect to your systems, and what results to expect. You review and approve before anything gets built.

Duration: 2-3 days  |  Your effort: Plan review + feedback

3

Deploy

Agents are built, configured, and connected to your systems. They start at Trust Level 1 — read-only access, simple tasks, everything reviewed before execution. No agent goes live without proving it works correctly.

Duration: 3-5 days  |  Your effort: Granting system access, testing

4

Validate

A supervised period where agents operate alongside your team. Every action is monitored. Errors are caught and corrected. As agents demonstrate reliability, they earn more autonomy — gradually, with your approval at each step.

Duration: 1-2 weeks  |  Your effort: Reviewing agent work, providing feedback

5

Operate

Agents run autonomously on the tasks they've proven they can handle. Continuous monitoring catches issues before they become problems. Monthly health reports show exactly what's working and where there's room to expand.

Duration: Ongoing  |  Your effort: Minimal — review monthly reports, approve expansions

Core Principle

Trust is earned, not assumed

Every agent progresses through five trust levels. Higher trust = more autonomy. But an agent only advances when it's proven reliable at its current level.

T1

Observer

Read-only access. Watches, learns, suggests — but doesn't act.

T2

Assistant

Drafts and prepares. Writes emails, generates reports — you approve before sending.

T3

Operator

Handles routine tasks independently. Escalates exceptions. You review summaries, not individual actions.

T4

Manager

Coordinates across systems. Makes judgment calls within defined boundaries. Manages workflows end-to-end.

T5

Autonomous

Full operational autonomy in its domain. Self-monitoring, self-correcting. Human oversight shifts to strategic direction only.

Most agents operate at T2-T3 initially. T4-T5 is earned over weeks or months of proven reliability.

Expectations

What to expect at each stage

Week 1-2

First agent goes live. You'll notice some tasks disappearing from your plate. There will be corrections needed — that's normal and expected. The agent learns from every one.

Month 1

Agents handle routine tasks reliably. You're reviewing summaries instead of doing the work. Time savings become measurable — typically 5-15 hours per week reclaimed.

Month 2-3

Trust levels increase. Agents handle more complex workflows independently. You start thinking about what other tasks could be automated. Expansion discussions happen naturally.

Ongoing

Agents are part of your team. They handle their domains with minimal oversight. Monthly reports confirm performance. You focus on the work that only humans can do.

Common Questions

FAQ

What if something goes wrong?

Agents are monitored 24/7. Issues are caught in real-time and escalated immediately. Because agents start with limited autonomy, the blast radius of any error is small and correctable.

What systems do you integrate with?

Most major business tools — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and many others. If your tool has an API, we can likely connect to it.

What about data security?

Agents run on your infrastructure with your data policies. We don't store your business data on our systems. Access is scoped to exactly what each agent needs — nothing more.

Can I stop or pause at any time?

Yes. Monthly service with no long-term contracts. You can pause, scale down, or stop entirely at any point. Your agents and data stay with you.

How is this different from Zapier / automation tools?

Automation tools follow rigid rules: "if X then Y." Agents understand context, handle exceptions, and make judgment calls within defined boundaries. They're the difference between a macro and a team member.
